The Fall 2026 Meeting will be held September 9 – 11 in Chicago, Illinois, hosted by Gina Schoenrade and Jason Hegna. Members and guests will be staying at the Palmer House in downtown Chicago. Meetings on Thursday and Friday will be held at the hotel. Gina has negotiated a room rate of $179 per night + taxes & fees. It is important that you book your rooms through the link below — this is how we receive credit for our room block. DO NOT book through a third party travel site such as Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, etc. The deadline to reserve your room is Friday, August 7.

The preferred airport to use is O’Hare Internationl Airport (ORD). It is approximately a 40 minute drive to the hotel.
In addition to booking your room, YOU MUST also register for the meeting and pay your membership dues. We are in the process of updating our payment portal, so instructions for registration fees and membership dues will be forthcoming.
At each meeting we spend a significant amount of time in a Q&A session — these are questions provided by the members. Please be sure to fill out your Q&A questionnaire that will be provided by the Sergeant at Arms. In addition, all members will be asked to do a presentation to the group on topics of your choice which could include revenue ideas, new business development, cost savings initiatives, incentive plans, processes, contests, etc. Presentations should not exceed 10 minutes.
Members and guests should plan to arrive Wednesday, September 9 and plan to depart after Noon, Friday, September 11.
